Allow Tech Expert Guys engineers access to your computer
1. Click on one of the links below to download the remote support program.
If you are using Windows, press the Red Download Anydesk button.
If you are using Apple, press the Black Download Anydesk button.
2. Launch the downloaded program.
It may be in your Downloads folder.
3. Give the 9-digit number to the TEG engineer.
When you’d like to end the support session, please be sure to quit the program.
This ensures your computer can only be remotely accessed once you download and rerun the program.
